About Me
I am a licensed professional civil engineer with 35+ years of experience. I started Clegg Consult in 2015 and have helped communities secure millions of dollars in grant funding. I understand the challenge that local communities have when it comes to funding recreation and infrastructure projects. I am aware of many possible funding sources and have contacts with many agencies.
